It is not possible to convert a Titanium Ingot back into pieces of Titanium. There's no way to despawn either as far as I know. There are two things that I would try. First, pilot the Cyclops and while doing that enter freecam mode. You may be able to shake it loose that way. Failing that, add a power transmitter spike to the back of the Cyclops.
